This cooler weather has me in the mood to spend more time in the kitchen whipping up warm, delicious comfort food, and I’ve made some recipes recently that I just have to share with you. After asking for some feedback from you guys on Instagram, I’ve decided to start putting together monthly menus of new recipes I’m loving, old favorites, and seasonal dishes to help inspire some creativity in your cooking. If you’re like me, it’s easy to get stuck in a rut of making the same meals over and over again, and I love seeing what others are cooking to give me some ideas! I typically look for recipes mostly made from scratch with whole ingredients, but easy enough to make during the week when I don’t have a lot of time. Simple ingredients. Classic flavors. Sometimes healthy. Sometimes full of carbs. Life is about balance, right?
This month I’ve put together a menu of amazing fall-inspired dishes that will keep your belly full, your family happy, and your kitchen smelling amazing.
