Hey guys and gals! Welcome back to the party!

How was your Memorial Day weekend? Did you cook up any yummy food? Other than some epic salads I concocted this weekend (toooootally getting in shape before I put on a bathing suit this summer!), my holiday was pretty uneventful. Oh, other than that giant bowl of chocolate hazelnut, oatmeal cookie, and coffee-flavored fro-yo I had topped with toffee bits, Oreos, and peanuts. Geez… eat a salad then devour a pound of creamy, frozen deliciousness. Some diet I’m on! Hopefully the T25 workouts I just started will make up for my sweet tooth. I ordered those workout DVD’s a month and a half ago, and today was the first day I got up the motivation to start. Oh, Shaun T… please be nice to me!
