This is one of those projects that I’ve had planned out in my tired, overloaded brain for FOREVER. A fun, 3 dimensional piece of art that speaks to my soul and keeps a smile on my face… I kinda think I nailed it… What do you think?

“Choose Joy.”

Sounds simple enough, right? These words are my daily reminder to ignore the bad, let go of the stress, and simply choose to be happy. Choose to see the good in life. To be grateful for what I have and not linger on what I don’t. Life gets rough… and hard… and beyond frustrating. But I refuse to let any negativity affect the many positives in my life. I CHOOSE joy! 🙂

I love the way this canvas art turned out, and the bright colored thread stands out beautifully against the simple, white canvas. You can customize a canvas with your favorite fonts, colors, and wording to create the perfect piece of art that speaks to you! This would be a fun addition to a gallery wall or some bookshelves to create depth and dimension and an easy way to bring some color into your home.

Want to know what I used to create these raised letters?

This is absolutely beautiful! I’m such a dork, I would never have thought to take the canvas off the frame to stitch it. I would have just struggled along miserably. Thanks for the tip!
