      Hi Allie! The starter kit comes with glass etching cream, stencil vinyl, transfer tape, Silhouette hook, Silhouette scraper, 10 exclusive etching designs, instruction/idea booklet, and instructional DVD. It’s a great package! I highly recommend it!
