What is your design style? Does it reflect your personality? I thought of these questions the other day, and they really got me thinking! When it comes to decorating, I’m always drawn to simple, clean neutrals. I like classic shapes and patterns with little pops of color throughout the room. And I think that sums my personality up pretty well too! I’m generally calm, laid-back, and a total organizer. I can’t stand messy clutter around my house! This chair is a great example of my personality 99% of the time:
But even as cool and collected as I normally am, every once in awhile I need to let loose, dance around, act silly, and let my hair down! This chair shows off the fun pops of color that help to liven up a space:
Isn’t that chair so fun and girly? I think it would be PERFECT for my studio/office! Decorating your home is an extension of who you are, and each piece you choose has a special meaning behind it. There is some furniture in my house I could NEVER part with! I think I love my super comfy vintage fabric arm chair as much as I love my own children!
