Whip up this easy, 4 ingredient Peanut Butter Dip whenever you need a light, protein-packed snack! This recipe, brought to you by Silk, is perfect for dipping apple slices, pretzels, and much more. SO peanut-buttery and delicious!
The snack attack hits.
What are you going to grab to satisfy that rumbling tummy of yours?
Here’s my suggestion: Peanut Butter Dip!
How was that for an introduction? Since I started working out more it seems like I am ALWAYS hungry. Rather than grabbing some high calorie, sugar-laden snack to hold me over till dinnertime, I try to find easy, healthy foods that can be made in less than 5 minutes and taste amazing. I mean, honestly… who wants to eat something that tastes like “diet food”. Not this girl!
If you’re a peanut butter lover, you are going to FLIP over this easy dip! 4 ingredients, packed with protein, and it tastes positively sinful. But it’s actually good for you! I usually make a single serving of this to dip some apple slices in, but it’s great with pretzels and celery sticks too. And if you’re looking for a healthier dish to bring to a party, a big bowl of this dip and a pile of yummy dippers will disappear in no time… I promise you! Oh, and before you ask… yes, I’ve included BOTH recipes in this post: single serving and party size!
Okay, now grab some…
creamy peanut butter (delicious protein)
yogurt (creaminess and more protein)
honey (sweetness)
and vanilla extract (because… yum)
Mix them together and wah-lah!
Super delicious peanut butter dip!

The day I made this recipe for you guys, I used Silk’s new Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative in place of the yogurt. Have you tried this yet? It’s super smooth and creamy and has 6 grams of plant-based protein in 6 different flavors. Let me know if you try it and what your favorite flavor is!
