A delicious bite-size protein-filled snack you’ll always want to keep on hand. Perfect for busy days on-the-go or before your workout!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (264 g)
  • 1/4 cup raw honey (84 g)
  • 100 grams vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (120 g)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (28 g)
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal (13 g)
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons low fat milk (30 g)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (12 g)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and honey together until smooth. Add the protein powder, oats, pecans, flaxseed, cinnamon, milk, and chia seeds, and stir until completely combined. Cover and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Once chilled, roll the mixture into 30 balls about 1″ in diameter. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
