Fall is all about comfort food for me, and there is no greater comfort food than a big dish of cheesy, creamy, tender potatoes! This Potato and Mushroom Gratin is one of my favorite side dishes and definitely raises the bar on boring old potatoes! A delicious garlic cream sauce coats the thinly sliced potatoes and sauteed mushrooms make this dish decadent, rich, and absolutely amazing! I love to serve these potatoes along with steak or ham, but it goes great with almost anything! Make sure you save this recipe for holidays because it feeds a crowd and is always a favorite!

Pinned! This sounds beyond delicious. I like that you can pair it with just about any kind of meat. It puts a little gourmet twist on simple country cooking 🙂
