Hello friends! Did you all have a good Easter? I’m still away on a mini vaca with my boys, and I have another amazing guest to share with you today! Her name is Julie Link, and she’s been around Love Grows Wild before showing off some beautiful jewelry from Stella and Dot. Julie has awesome fashion sense, and today she is sharing her best Spring style tips with us!

——————————————————-
Hello everyone! First off I must say I am so excited to be guest posting on Love Grows Wild! Thanks so much to Liz for this opportunity. My name is Julie, and I am an Independent Stylist for Stella & Dot. You may remember me from the “lovely” giveaway I did last month with Love Grows Wild for Valentine’s Day. Congrats again to Raelena for being our giveaway winner!

I am going to mix things up a bit today and talk to you about styles this spring. When looking at runway shows, TV, magazines, and blogs, it seems that EVERYTHING is in style! Sometimes I feel like once I buy a piece of clothing another thing is “hot” that week. How’s a girl to keep up?!

After weeding through all of the new trends, I have found three that are my favorite this spring. And guess what? You don’t need to buy any clothes to sport them!

#1 Pantone Color of the year – Emerald Green
This may be an obvious one, but who doesn’t love this color green?! It’s such an uplifting, vibrant and versatile color. Here’s the thing…Don’t go and spend $400 on an Emerald Green dress that you wear once and then can’t wear again because there are pictures of you in it posted everywhere on Facebook… instead try a green statement necklace like the beautiful Jolie necklace from Stella & Dot. You can wear it with just about any color, and the best part is, you can mix patterns with it. Check out the great green getups below!

#2 White White and did I mention White?!
White isn’t just for the bride anymore, it’s for everyone! You can especially pull it off when wearing it as a piece of jewelry. Pair a bold white necklace with a bright top, or even try it with a mix of patterns.

#3 Mixing Metals!
Last, but definitely not least is our good friend, metal. Gold and Silver haven’t always gotten along, but I am glad to see them coming around. I’ve always sported mixed metals because I think they’re beautiful together and I am glad to see this is becoming a trend. Check out my favorite mixed metal combos below.

It’s been fun giving you all my favorite styles this spring, and I hope to be back again soon! If you’re interested in any of this beautiful eye candy, please feel free to reach me here!

Thanks!
Julie

I love the Spring trends Julie chose! Especially that emerald green Jolie necklace from Stella and Dot… it’s definitely going on my wish list! A big thanks to Julie for hanging out at Love Grows Wild today! {HUGS}
