  • 1 cup milk (dairy, almond, soy, etc.)
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (optional)
  • 6 ice cubes
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until completely smooth and combined. Serve immediately.
