This sweet and creamy Gingerbread Milkshake will make you want to skip straight to dessert!

INGREDIENTS
2 cups vanilla ice cream
½ cup milk
⅓ cup Biscoff spread or cookie butter
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
optional garnish:
¼ cup honey
15 gingerbread or gingersnap cookies, crushed
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the ice cream, milk, Biscoff, cinnamon, vanilla, and ginger to a blender and blend until completely combined and smooth.
Pour the honey into a small, shallow bowl and place the crushed gingerbread into another shallow bowl. Dip the rim of a glass into the honey, then into the gingerbread. Pour the milkshake into the glass and serve immediately.
