Gingerbread Milkshake
This sweet and creamy Gingerbread Milkshake will make you want to skip straight to dessert!
Serves: 1
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup Biscoff spread or cookie butter
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • optional garnish:
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 15 gingerbread or gingersnap cookies, crushed
  1. Add the ice cream, milk, Biscoff, cinnamon, vanilla, and ginger to a blender and blend until completely combined and smooth.
  2. Pour the honey into a small, shallow bowl and place the crushed gingerbread into another shallow bowl. Dip the rim of a glass into the honey, then into the gingerbread. Pour the milkshake into the glass and serve immediately.
