Strawberry Banana Kefir Protein Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • 120 ml plain unsweetened kefir
  • 120 ml fat free milk
  • ½ scoop vanilla grass-fed whey protein isolate
  • 60 grams strawberries
  • 80 grams banana
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend on high speed until smooth. If using frozen strawberries and/or banana and the mixture becomes too thick, add a splash of hot water and blend again to thin the consistency.
